Our house in the Tyrolean style is located in the district Sonnenwiese which is in the heart of St. Anton am Arlberg.

In this wonderful mountain scenery it will be easy for you to switch off from the everyday stress and to dangle your soul properly.

You stay in nicely furnished rooms or flats with bath/WC equipped with a phone, TV, room safe, hairdryer and a balcony where you can enjoy a marvellous view at the local core of our village. Access to the internet via Wi-Fi is free of charge. 

In the morning we spoil you with a delightful breakfast including regional products (the flat is without breakfast) so that you can explore freshly strengthened the slopes of the Arlberg. The nearest ski lift is approximately 3 minutes of walking distance away from our pension. If you want to return after a long day of skiing, you can ski right up to the house via the Fangpiste. Additionally, close to us you will find the www.arlberg-well.com – an oasis for well-being with sauna, swimming pools and much more. In only 5 minutes of walking distance you reach the pedestrian precinct with a lot of shops, restaurants, bars and everything you need for a wonderful vacation.

Arrival – Departure – Parking facility

The room will be available from 2 p.m. and Check-out will be until 10 a.m. Every room/flat has one parking place whether outside or in the garage (on request).

Ski and Ski shoe depository

You can deposit your skis as well as your ski shoes directly in the house. In case of renting a skiing equipment of a local company, you will get a 10% discount as our guests.

Car Parking

When you travel by car, you will either be able to park your car in our garage (on request) or to park it outside. Per room/flat is one parking space at your disposal. 

Cancelation

Room cancellations are only valid in written. Cancellations have to conform to the requirements of the Austrian general terms and conditions of business for hospitality (AGBH 2006). In case of arriving later or departing earlier we have to settle the room price of the whole period.

Travel Resignation Assurance

Regarding the general conditions in Austria, we recommend taking out a travel resignation assurance.

Sauna

Using the sauna is possible on request.
